Brian Lisborg is the founder of Mjølner Hunting. Brian started in the hunting industry at the age of 16 in 1981 and has been in the industry ever since. For many years he worked as a hardware manager at one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of hunting clothing, boots, and equipment. When the company chose to close the hardware department, the time was right to start his own business in the industry where Brian was already among Europe’s leading specialists.

Anders is a dedicated hunter and recreational angler and has worked in the hunting industry since 1998 – primarily on the retail/shop side. He competes in clay pigeon shooting at master level and participates in field shooting with 6.5×55 and .22 LR. Anders hunts with both rifle and shotgun in Denmark and many other countries – though not yet outside Europe. Part of Mjølner Hunting since August 2025.

Frits has more than 30 years of experience in the Norwegian hunting and firearms industry. He is a passionate hunter, primarily with a rifle, and has hunted across large parts of the world. Part of Mjølner Hunting since 2019.

Morten is a former officer/veteran and was later self-employed in the tourism industry. Morten has known Brian his entire life and is a passionate hunter, angler, and amateur chef. Part of Mjølner Hunting since 2019.

John Ekkenberg was born in Denmark and moved to South Africa in 2004. He is the founder of Ekkenberg Importers, Wildman Hunting & Outdoor, and Amakulu Safari in Kimberley. John entered the hunting and safari industry in South Africa in 2003. Amakulu Safari hosts around 180 international clients per year for safari and hunting in South Africa. In 2013 he opened the hunting shop Wildman Hunting & Outdoor and Ekkenberg Importers in Kimberley, which deals with the sale and import of hunting accessories. John is a professional hunter (PH) for both Big Five and plains game. Before moving to South Africa, he ran his own restaurant in Denmark.

Kevin Bengtsson, born in 1999, has been an agent for Mjoelner Hunting since the 2024/2025 season. He grew up in Härkila and lives today in Gothenburg. He has worked in the hunting industry for five years and has developed a great passion for the outdoors. Kevin enjoys spending as much time as possible in nature, where he most often fishes or hikes. Beyond his outdoor interests, he leads an active lifestyle and trains regularly.
